Welcome to Earth & Ether A sanctuary for beauty, healing, and renewal—Hair that heals. Care that restores. I'm Lacey — and I have never been a normal stylist. After nearly two decades, I have finally stopped trying to be. I am a cosmetologist, artist, creator, and certified shamanic practitioner who has spent a lifetime learning how to bring the wholeness of myself to my work. I am a healer at heart — and that truth has always informed everything I do. While I do great hair, what matters most to me is how you feel when you leave — seen, cared for, safe, and welcomed. Earth is the tangible — touch, plants, the body, grounded care you can feel. Ether is the unseen — intuition, energy, and spirit. Everything I do weaves them together. Clean, non-toxic beauty is at the core of everything here. Growing up in the Midwest, close to the land and rooted in nature, I have always been drawn to the simple, the natural, and the real. Nature is my medicine — and that extends to everything I bring into my space. I exclusively use the highest quality clean, organic, plant-based products, and I am currently developing my own line of natural products for you to take home and continue your care beyond the salon. I do hair because I help people feel better. It has always been that simple. When you sit in my chair, you are not just receiving a service. CANCELLATION POLICY
STRICT AND ENFORCED CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. - Less than 72 hour notice results in 20% of service charge. Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service. And less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the reserved service amount. - “NO SHOWS” or same day cancellations will also be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
