Welcome to Earth & Ether A sanctuary for beauty, healing, and renewal—Hair that heals. Care that restores. I'm Lacey — and I have never been a normal stylist. After nearly two decades, I have finally stopped trying to be. I am a cosmetologist, artist, creator, and certified shamanic practitioner who has spent a lifetime learning how to bring the wholeness of myself to my work. I am a healer at heart — and that truth has always informed everything I do. While I do great hair, what matters most to me is how you feel when you leave — seen, cared for, safe, and welcomed. Earth is the tangible — touch, plants, the body, grounded care you can feel. Ether is the unseen — intuition, energy, and spirit. Everything I do weaves them together. Clean, non-toxic beauty is at the core of everything here. Growing up in the Midwest, close to the land and rooted in nature, I have always been drawn to the simple, the natural, and the real. Nature is my medicine — and that extends to everything I bring into my space. I exclusively use the highest quality clean, organic, plant-based products, and I am currently developing my own line of natural products for you to take home and continue your care beyond the salon.
